How support works

Support works through tickets. We keep the full conversation history in one place, so your issue is easier to track and resolve. We usually reply during business hours: 05:00-21:00 GMT.

  • If you already have a ticket, use View existing ticket instead of creating a duplicate.
  • Validity claims are accepted within 24 hours after purchase.
  • For general questions, check the Knowledgebase first.
  • Screenshots can speed up resolution of your issue and increase the chance of a positive resolution.

To help us resolve your request faster:

  • Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue.
  • If your question is about an order or payment, include the order number or transaction hash / payment ID.
  • Validity claims are reviewed only within 24 hours after purchase.
